Soaring✈️

Flying is an entirely under appreciated realm of serenity. You float, soaring thousands of feet off of the ground, with no "safety net" to be protected by. It's an oddly satisfying form of simplicity. As you reach higher and higher, it's capturing a new perspective of this twisty, magnificent world in the most mind boggling manner. Somewhat risking everything you have by trusting in a complete stranger, while having the opportunity to gawk over these new sights. It's impressive, almost bizarre. Flying, whim-free, up and over the clouds that engulf the specifically built, bulky machine you've let yourself to be sealed in. If trusting in yourself enough to hop on a flight isn't a second thought, maybe it should be a newly adopted attitude for other aspects of life. Why not, right? A go-with-the-flow mentality, that's effortlessly enlightening. --- maybe they're a not so new flyer- maybe the savvy, weekly flyer stops acknowledging these dignified details as they become routine. Maybe they lose that sought after purity of the first time they felt those butterflies from leaving their own safety net on the ground. They've undergone this peculiar thrill so many times before, that it could merely be a new style of living to them now. --- Then there's people who haven't even experienced this immense feeling of soaring fiercely over the world because of the lack of a safety neck. The bondage of what safety has shown them- a route that cannot possible 'fail'. A method that's consistent, that's typical. And either way, life will have simplicity. And still, I wonder.. There's so much that's naked to our own eyes as we look down upon it; so magical it leaves you in a partly delusional kind of haze. While the fire slowly starts to burn inside you, vigorously rising as the mind starts pondering on how to be "there". How do we get "there", How do we move "there", How do we become successful "there"? You learn to soar, screw that safety net, and trust in yourself. A little by little, everyday taking at least one more courageous step forward to what you want to discover.
